This is a super handy Solenoid Valve that is compatible with small 1/4inch diameter tubing that is often referred to as 6.5mm or 6.35mm OD to be exact.

This part is made from metal and POM engineering plastic so it is durable and suitable with contact with a wide range of chemicals and beverages.

Suitable for pressures up to 115psi/8bar/1000kPa this will handle water pressure no problem at all.

This is also compatible with the PE Tubing that we sell (KL11143) and can be used with the inline regulators (Part KL02172)  if you want to drop your mains water pressure.

This type of line is often used on water filtering systems or reverse ozmosis systems.

Unlike some other solenoid valves this is a direct acting solenoid valve meaning the solenoid valve can go down to 0 pressure.  This makes it quite handy for controlling CO2 flow or other low pressure gasses.
