This is a replacement CO2 Cylinder Valve Handle. This is used to replace the valve handles on the top of the CO2 gas cylinders. If a cylinder has been dropped the alloy di-cast handle can get broken which is why this part is required To replace the valve handle simply undo the nut at the middle of the valve handle and the valve handle can be swapped over.
